Flowers are supplements for your mind Vitamin F

Flowers are supplements for your mind, so I called Vitamin Flower. The benefits of seeing flowers are proved scientifically by Chiba University  and other researches.

Flowers are supplements for your mind.
I have written article about a life with flowers for monthly newsletter of Dallas Japanese Association. I enjoy showing how  easy and wonderful to have and display flowers at home. I choose one flower which is easy to get, easy to take care and have long vase life.

We need to eat to live and we take supplements for making our body better condition. In order to live better life we take them and once we know the supplements power,we won’t stop taking. Flowers are not necessity for our daily life but  once you know how plants make you feel positive and uplifting and Happy.  So I nicknamed flowers a supplement for mind, Vitamin Flower. I nicknamed Ikebana; the Japanese art of flower arranging Beautiful Meditation. 美しき瞑想、生け花で瞑想

Flowers have been alongside me since I was little. When I am happy and positive, I do not appreciate flowers as much as I am not. Strangely flowers are more talkative.Animals are actively share our feeling, coming up and staying beside us, sometimes looking into our eyes. I have an experience when I was felt down and miserable, my friend’s dog came to me and looked at me with care. Plants can’t move or talk to us but quietly share our feeling. That’s why I love flowers more not just because of they are beautiful.

That’s why I wouldd love to promote Ikebana and share this  experience with you! Vitamin Flower will enrich your life. For your happiness and health.
