I am proud of my students/Ikebana friends to appreciate a life of flowers

Ikebana is to appreciate s life and beauty of plants and arrange in harmony with each other. he first thing is to respect the life itself.

When I face to the flowers and branches, I can find out their beauty and characters. While I am doing Ikebana, I can’t think of any other things.  The other day we had a aclass. I found my students seemed to be quiet and serious. The atmosphere was not relaxing but it’s comfortable.  Like a beautiful meditation.

They gave a close look and thought a whole arrangement and thought. Then once  they decided, they started cutting and placing stems. I could heard only the sound of  scissors cutting stems.

After we finished arranging and saw lovely creations, we felt so relaxed and contented.

I am so proud of my students/Ikebana friends!!! to appreciate the beauty and life of each stem.
