Indian friends help me to demonstrate Japanese Tea Ceremony for American guests

It’s very interesting and wonderful experience that my Indian friends helped me to demonstrate Japanese tea ceremony for American guests in the U.S.

For us three Unites States is not our home country but we met here and live here.We came form far away each other. Indis produce tons of tea but for the Japanese tea ceremony we use Japanese green tea powdered ,not fermented like black tea. It looks very fresh light green. The origin of tea is China. From China tea spread to West and East.

Over the time and place we, Indians, Americans and Japanese enjoyed a cup of Matcha, green tea served in tea ceremony!  This was like my dream to make friends all over the world.

The taste was strong for some people but sharing time and tea was so precious memory.

It’s once in our life time.一期一会 Ichi go Ichie, the essence of tea ceremony.
