Let’s write summer greeting card which is called Shochu Mimai in Japanese!

I received a beautiful card. These days we send much email than a lette or card so I was so happy to see it’d from Japan. There were many Kwaii(cute) stamps. Many Japanese have experience collecting stamps. I was one of them. My friend Shoko was also a stamp collecter.  She often writes letters to me.

I am going to write summer greeting cards. In Japan we have a custom to send summer greeting cards and gift.  Unfortunately they are not seen as much as before. People are becoming busy and casual and contacting more oftern than before.

My first summer greeting card was to my teacher in elementary school. Then friends.
