The Japanese Golden rule to keep yourself healthy

The easiest diet for weight loss and keep you healthy is just to stop eating when you feel 80 %full, stop eating. In Japanese  腹八分目。はら、はちぶんめ。  Go healthy! Eat greens.

I follow this golden rule. It keeps me healty and also I can taste the dishes the best. When I stop eating with a little appetite left, I feel more teasy. Have you ever feel that way?

Do not be tempted to eat left over  in your children’s plates. Adults only need calory to mainain our body, not to grow.

Why don’t you try Japanese traditional way?

One more tip is to eat different kinds of food, like fish, meat,vegatable,fruits and nuts. Every food has different nutrition so we shouldn’t eat same kind all  the time.

These are very simple. YOU CAN TRY TODAY! Just try to eat one or two more kinds of food and stop eating before you feel completely full. EASY?

Then you can try other good ways you like. You can eat your favorites and enjoy more by not eating too much.
