Visiting a Japanese class at a college

I like to visit a Japanese class at a college.Especially when I listened to the presentations about Japanese culture. The Japanese culture sometimes looks so different from the one I am familiar.I could see my home country, Japan with someone else’s views. It’s very interesting.

The more we learn a foreign language, the more deeply we can see things, Sometimes good to know  and sometimes disappointing to know negative side. However, we understand people much better and realize that every country has problems.

I enjoyed myself learning things new about my culture. Thank you all!.

These are the topics.

Jisatsu 自殺 じさつ suicide

Yakuza ヤクザ Japanese mafia, a member of gang

Kagekiha  過激派 かげきは extreamist

Whale fishing 捕鯨 ほげい
