Greetings from Japan!
A Happy New Year! I wish you and your family a happy, healthy wealthy new year.
Many things traditional have been disappearing and changing but only celebration of new year is still one of the biggest holiday and time for spending family. This year I went back to Japan and enjoyed my mother’s new year dishes and quality time. For long arranging flowers for a new year was mt mother’s job, then in Japan I did in my Ikebana class with my teacher’s advice, now I chose all flowers and arranged by myself.
All floral materials and the scroll are for new year celebration, symbols of longevity, good luck, and fortune. I hope to see you this in person this year!
