 Tanabata is a Japanese festival celebrated on July 7th and we decorate a bamboo with origami ornaments. We write a wish on an origami strip. It has two different origins.

One is from Chinese legend and the other is from a Shinto ritual, offering strings of five color.

Since we were little, we learn about Tanabata at kindergarten and home. It has a romantic story behind.

Net; catch fish, good catch.

Purse; prosperity

Kimono; no worry for kimono to wear

Streamer; improvement of skills

Trash bag; organize and rectify
