I started my Japanese blog in November, 2011. I am not so good at IT and you may thing Japan is a country of high tech and all Japanese people can use those technology as much as you think. I am so bad and I wanted to challenge writing blog.At that time I had no idea about my future living in the States. I felt empty and helpless. At least I had to motivate myself.
I listened to Brian Tracy and his word and encouragement meant lot for me. At that time I only have a few friends in the U.S. feeling alone, though I have a nice family in law. Blogging was like a proof that I was living my life.First I even didn’t know how to upload pictures and add link. Still struggling but now 200 articles I wrote in Japanese and over 110 in English.
I had never thought of that. I wish more people share words of wisdom of Brian Tracy and woudl like you to live your life, pursuing your dream. Of course share in joy of Japanese culture like Ikebana, the Japanese art of arranging flowers, tea ceremony, calligraphy, origami, cooking and learning Japanese.
My Japanese blog is 大和撫子(やまとなでしこ) Yamatonadeshiko in the U.S.
Yamato means Japan Nadeshiko is a name of pink (flower), which compared to Japanese women with patience and modesty. or just Japanese women. How a Japanese woman lives in the U.S, sometimes having culture gaps and differences and other times so happily sharing Japaneses culture.
