Take a moment to reflect your 2018 for a better 2019

Time flies and it’s already in the middle of December. In Japan, Christmas is a big event for everyone including Non-Christian. After Christmas, we prepare for a new year. However, in school and work, people try to look back at the year and reflect on themselves and their achievements. We think feedback and reflection are a very important procedure for improvements for the new year. I shouldn’t miss this reflecting time at the end of the year. Before making a new year’s resolution, I evaluate myself and plan for changes!   Why don’t you have a moment?

I am here as a Japanese Culture Consultant, thanks to Brian Tracy. My favorite phrases are formed his CDs and books,

‘”Change your thinking change your life.” ” He said that we could sell better soon after we had sold. Self-esteem is the key to success. ” I like myself.”

For you, they may be nothing special but for me, a Japanese woman who left her teaching career and migrated from Japan in her late forties those phrases encouraged me so much. His words were very powerful and strong.

That’s why I am here writing a blog as a Japanese Culture Consultant and president of my company, feeling living my life to the fullest.

Have you ever heard of Brian?  He started as a high school dropout to a successful business consultant and professional speaker. He will inspire you.

I wish you a happy fruitful new year!
