Why don’t you turn off your electronic devices for a while

Why don’t you turn off your electronic devices for a while and be creative?

Be an artist!

We know that we look at screens of phones very long, sometimes too long. Just a habit. I think that technology should make our life more convenient and provide more freedom. I enjoy net surfing and getting much information in an instance without going anywhere. However, I sometimes feel busier. I need more self-control, I know.

If you feel the same as me, why don’t you try Ikebana; the Japanese art of flower arranging? Cut flowers will help to maintain homeostasis and decrease anxiety too. Flowers have aroma and beautiful!

You discover the most beautiful expression (aspect) and arrange it with other flowers and branches. You will create a miniature nature in a vase.

Let me share some photos of the artwork of those who tried Ikebana for the first time with some short instruction. Everyone was so artistic!

How happy they all look!
